1. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is at 5:30 p.m., and check-out time is at 4:00 p.m.

2. Electrical Consumption Charges

Electrical consumption charges are calculated at Rs. ........... per unit (1 unit calculated at 15 power factors).

3. Security Deposit

• A deposit of Rs. 30,000/- will be adjusted towards electricity shortage, damages, and other items, if any.
• Damages to movable and immovable property will be recovered in excess of the deposit amount.

4. Payment Terms

The full deposit and rent must be paid at the time of booking and should only be used for the booked purpose.

5. Additional Charges for Multiple Marriages

An additional Rs. 10,000/- will be charged for hosting two marriages at the same time.

6. Booking Amount

• The booking amount is non-refundable and non-transferable in case of last-minute cancellations.

7. Restrictions and Prohibited Activities

• The premises strictly prohibit Non-Veg food, Alcohol, Tobacco, Gutka, Smoking, Gambling, and other illegal activities.
• Guest rooms and possession of banned substances must maintain sanctity throughout the premises.

8. Disposable Items

Disposable plates, glasses, leaf plates, etc., are not permitted for serving food.

9. Management Access

The management reserves full access to the entire premises at all times.

10. Supply Failures

The management is not responsible for electricity, generator, water supply failures, and will not refund the full or partial amount in such cases.

11. Cooking Regulations

Only commercial LPG cylinders should be used for cooking purposes.

12. Sound Level Regulations

Sound levels must adhere to government-stipulated limits. Audio speakers, orchestras, bands, and other sound-producing instruments, as well as firecrackers, are strictly prohibited.

13. Rental Items

Chair covers, round tables, extra beds, and extra tables are provided on a rental basis by the management.

14. Decoration Services

The management provides electrical and floral decoration services. Clients must hire their services directly and negotiate rates accordingly. The management does not have an interest in this arrangement.

15. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for securing their rooms and belongings with personal locks. The management is not liable for any theft, loss, or damage to personal items.

16. Insurance Recommendation

The management suggests clients cover their events with insurance. The management is not responsible for any mishaps.

17. Parking

Parking is at the owner's risk. The management is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss of vehicles.

18. Right to Vacate

The management reserves the right to vacate the hall and lawns at any time without prior notice.

19. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Belagavi courts.

20. Separate Venue Information

Millennium Garden offers a separate venue with a main hall, dining area, and lawn.

21. Venue Access

Access to the venue will be restricted to the area booked by the client.

22. Cleanliness

Strict cleanliness must be maintained throughout the premises.

23. Management Services Availability

The management services are available to guests from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

24. Lawn Party Timing

Lawn parties must conclude by 10:30 p.m., after which electricity will be disconnected immediately.

25. Music Restrictions

Musical bands are not allowed after the marriage muhurtham.
